About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct customer service through multiple channels such as phone, e-mail, WhatsApp and Reclame Aqui;
Material requisitions and administrative controls, with emphasis on processing the department's expense payments;
Assembling kits, preparing and sending administrative materials, and dispatching product samples to consumers;
Materials inventory control;
Support in creating presentations and compiling customer service reports in Excel.

Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Strong aptitude for customer service and administrative controls.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
