About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Control of field team routes
Responsible for generating KPIs and recommendations for decision-making, especially regarding store inclusion and exclusion; coverage reassessment and customer performance analysis to support the area’s resource allocation strategy
Administrative management of the area (requisitions, orders, payments, data analysis and budget control, billing analysis)
Management and oversight of contracts and agencies
Updating the execution playbook and monitoring the Ideal Store standard
Support in managing the merchandising team incentive campaign
Consolidation and analysis of indicators such as store dashboards, time-and-motion studies, monitoring top clients and campaign analyses
Preparation of analytical materials for management and commercial meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
Intermediate Excel
Ability to structure databases, consolidate data, and translate analyses into executive recommendations
Experience in the area
