About the role

  • Knowledge of the food retail market in the Northeast and/or North regions
  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Analyze and monitor trade marketing performance indicators, proposing actions for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with customers and partners, seeking business opportunities and strengthening commercial ties.
  • Create and execute brand activation plans, promotions, and in-store events.
  • Monitor and control the budget allocated to trade marketing activities.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations for the team and leadership.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and commercial teams in project implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years working in trade marketing or similar roles.
  • Solid knowledge of merchandising techniques, portfolio management, pricing, and promotional activations.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Differentials:

  • - Postgraduate degree or MBA in areas related to the role
  • - Experience in the company's operating segment
