About the role

  • Support the improvement of sales performance through analysis of process information, generation of KPIs and preparation of management reports, research and development of commercial data analysis, and the creation and updating of geoprocessing reports;
  • Minimize legal risks by analyzing and controlling commercial documents, monitoring policies for the use of work resources, advising the commercial team, and requesting corrective actions in cases of policy non-compliance;
  • Ensure implementation of improvements and innovation in commercial processes through process mapping and analysis, research, development and proposal of solutions, and the implementation, guidance and follow-up of improvements.
  • Responsible for expense management and controls
  • Responsible for fleet management and departmental budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed: Business Administration or related fields;
  • Proven previous experience in Sales Administration / Commercial area
  • Advanced MS Office skills - PowerPoint
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Availability for hybrid work
