About the role

  • Analyze, map and document the company's business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate on the specification and implementation of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Perform testing and validation of developed solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users.
  • Prepare management reports and performance indicators.
  • Serve as a liaison between business areas and the technology team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of process modeling and notations (BPMN, UML, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Proficiency with automation and business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of LSP (Senior Programming Language).
