About the role
- Implement and validate sales channel strategies through analysis and definition of the product mix and guidance on sales policy.
- Manage resources allocated to point-of-sale strategies by controlling investments in merchandising and promotional budgets.
- Drive promotional activities through an activation calendar aimed at increasing sales volume.
- Advise the sales and merchandising teams on the best product display models at the point of sale (POS), through an execution guide, seeking optimal space utilization, product turnover, and profitability of the available space.
- Support the execution of activities defined for each Sales Channel according to their specific characteristics (Retail, Wholesale, DQBs and Home Center) by providing assistance to customers, National Sales, Regional Sales and the Sales structure.
- Contribute to S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes through active participation, aiming to improve volume forecasting to meet monthly sales targets.
- Ensure appropriate company participation in industry trade shows (APAS, ABRAS and ABAD) by developing relationships with customers across channels and effectively presenting our products and services.
- Innovate in the development of POS displays and promotional activities by seeking market innovations in connectivity technologies with our DQBs and customers to capture POS data, product turnover and pricing, supporting information for decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Social Communication or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in the area is desirable.
- Experience managing trade marketing at a national level: team leadership, promotion calendar, planning, excellence programs, promotional activities across sales channels, trade shows, sales campaign analysis, budget management, category management, among others.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of sales channels.
- Full availability to travel.
