About the role
- Ensure monthly revenue targets are met through sales via telephone contact with customers across Brazil;
- Re-engage inactive customers by managing the Inactive Customers Report;
- Prepare quotes for customers to evaluate product purchases;
- Ensure customer orders are entered into the system;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring billing, shipping and delivery, and other related activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma. Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel);
- Previous experience in the area is desirable.
