Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop influencer and content strategies for assigned accounts, translating client objectives into creator profiles, formats, and execution plans.
- Own the full influencer campaign lifecycle from brief to launch, optimization, and results analysis.
- Lead creator discovery and outreach using strategic criteria (fit, reach, engagement, conversion potential, pricing), and build structured creator pipelines.
- Approve influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment before launch, and course-correct when needed.
- Monitor performance across awareness, traffic, and sign-up goals, adjusting creator mix and formats based on results.
- Lead negotiations on deliverables, rates, and standard usage rights within approved budgets.
- Maintain clean, accurate Airtable records and use them as the source of truth for pitching and execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of influencer performance metrics and creator economics
- Ability to run campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Confidence working directly with US-based clients
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Comfortable working in structured tools (Airtable, Notion, ClickUp or similar)
