About the role

  • Audit existing business processes across teams (ops, delivery, sales, finance, recruiting, etc.)
  • Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and manual work.
  • Translate business needs into structured systems and workflows.
  • Continuously improve how work moves through the organization.
  • Build automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, and native tool automations.
  • Integrate tools like Airtable, ClickUp, CRMs, Slack, Google Workspace.
  • Apply AI thoughtfully: LLMs, agents, internal copilots, document processing, summarization, routing, QA, etc.
  • Own implementation end-to-end — from idea → build → QA → rollout.
  • Maintain clean documentation, SOPs, and system maps.
  • Ensure reliability, error handling, and long-term maintainability.
  • Partner with team leads to ensure systems actually work in practice.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in operations, project management, systems, or process improvement roles
  • Deep experience with workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, Make)
  • Strong working knowledge of Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, and modern SaaS tools
  • Demonstrated use of AI in business workflows (LLMs, agents, automation, etc.)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
