The Role We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Trial Matching Squad and drive meaningful change in how research sites engage with clinical trials. You’ll work at the intersection of user needs, product strategy, and execution to deliver features that increase trial applications and site engagement. You’ll be part of a close-knit, cross-functional team that includes Engineering, Design, and Customer Success. Requirements
- 3–6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or regulated environments (healthcare, life sciences, fintech, or govtech preferred). Strong ownership mindset—you take initiative, ask questions, and follow through relentlessly. Mission-driven and passionate about improving healthcare equity. Experience operating in complex stakeholder ecosystems where the user, buyer, and influencers are distinct. Based in New York City, with a willingness to collaborate in-person with another product manager 1-2 flexible days per week.
