Chief Operating Officer

• Manage our site side and sponsor side delivery teams, ensuring clear priorities and high quality execution across onboarding, adoption, enterprise delivery, and geographic expansion.
• Build the operational structure, processes, and decision making systems needed to support scale and consistency.
• Ensure teams execute with clear goals, consistent tracking, and timely decisions, and that compliance is built into how work gets done.
• Own leadership level operating rhythms including OKR setting, operational planning cycles, and leadership meetings.
• Improve coordination across teams by establishing clear, predictable structures for how cross functional initiatives are planned, executed, and communicated.

Account Manager

• Own full cycle sales to research sites: targeted outbound, discovery, product walkthroughs, value articulation, negotiation, and close.
• Use your existing site contacts to close partnerships and cultivate new relationships to drive additional growth.
• Partner with Customer Success for an efficient handoff into onboarding and EHR integration.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in our CRM; drive predictable weekly activity and progression.
• Capture the voice of the site to inform pricing, packaging, and product.
• Represent Inato at industry events and within the site community.

Sales Director – Site Partnerships

Marketing

• Translate Inato’s core messaging and positioning into tailored decks, presentations, and collateral for both sponsors and research sites.
• Serve as the lead storyteller for the commercial organization, ensuring every pitch and conversation is supported by impactful, audience-specific narratives.
• Own the creation, management, and ongoing maintenance of Inato’s standard pitch decks, ensuring they are always up to date, aligned, and compelling.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to deeply understand priorities & audiences and translate them into content & narratives that drive outcomes.
• Build templates, systems, and automations that reduce manual workload and create consistency across the commercial team, including for Inato’s RFP responses.
• Expand into non-deck enablement projects as needed (e.g., supporting content across other formats, such as emails and landing pages, tailored to specific audiences).

Marketing Manager – Commercial Enablement

• Own all French HR administration: contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, parental leave, and benefits systems (Payfit, Benefiz, Swile).
• Serve as the internal expert on French labor law; ensure compliance and manage employee relations issues directly.
• Lead and manage the Comité Social et Économique (CSE).
• Lead performance management processes beyond administration, including calibration meetings and manager enablement.
• Take ownership of cultural stewardship in partnership with the People team and leadership.
• Partner with the US People Experience Manager to maintain a consistent, engaging global employee experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders on org design and change management initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth handoffs across the employee lifecycle.
• Contribute to cross-functional People initiatives and ad hoc People projects

Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Engineering Manager

• Partner with a product manager and lead squad in delivering business value
• Organize work within your squad and facilitate the right conversations
• Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure quality of the work
• Manage 6-8 product engineers, providing feedback and fostering growth
• Promote Inato’s operating principles and lead by example

AI Engineer

• Choose and orchestrate the right models to process and analyze multimodal data
• Design and implement cutting-edge RAG techniques to efficiently handle large medical documents and patient histories
• Build agentic systems to revolutionize key aspects of drug development such as patient recruitment or site selection
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (software engineers, product managers, data engineers) to seamlessly integrate AI into our platform
• Collaborate with medical experts to gather ground truth data and improve our product
