About the role
- Partner with a product manager and lead squad in delivering business value
- Organize work within your squad and facilitate the right conversations
- Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure quality of the work
- Manage 6-8 product engineers, providing feedback and fostering growth

Requirements
- Strong engineering background and scale-up experience
