About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, document and refactor complex Salesforce components and integration services (Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs).
Take technical ownership of complex features end-to-end, ensuring high standards of code quality, test coverage and best practice.
Build and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems within a wider integration landscape.
Configure and extend Salesforce Industries / Energy & Utilities Cloud (e.g. OmniStudio) where applicable.
Contribute to the selection of development methods, tools, techniques and security practices.
Lead code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.
Collaborate with consultants, engineers and architects to translate requirements into robust, well-engineered production builds.
Create technical documentation and provide technical support and troubleshooting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years' proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Experience with Salesforce Industries / Energy & Utilities Cloud (OmniStudio).
Deep proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components and API development.
Experience taking technical ownership of complex features and delivering them end-to-end.
Experience building integrations in a complex enterprise environment with many connected systems.
Experience leading code reviews and mentoring other developers.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, security and best practices.
Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD tooling.
Familiarity with agile delivery, especially Scrum.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and spoken English.
