About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning frameworks
  • Develop Lightning Web Components as the primary development standard while supporting legacy Aura and Visualforce components
  • Develop and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
  • Implement Omni-Channel presence management, agent capacity rules, and automated work-routing architectures
  • Build and maintain fault-tolerant, high-throughput integrations using Salesforce REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs
  • Integrate third-party SaaS applications, AppExchange packages, and CTI/digital messaging frameworks into Salesforce
  • Independently execute technical tasks within Agile/Scrum delivery sprints
  • Conduct thorough unit testing
  • Participate in cross-functional technical alignment
  • Modernize, scale, and maintain an enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in Salesforce backend and frontend development within enterprise ecosystems
  • Demonstrated mastery of Apex, including Triggers, Controllers, Batch/Async Apex
  • Demonstrated mastery of Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Deep practical experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud features
  • Experience with Omni-Channel routing logic, capacity models, and presence configurations
  • Proven track record building integrations with external platforms using Salesforce REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs
  • Working knowledge of Aura components and Visualforce pages
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, sprint planning, and task execution tracking in tools like JIRA
  • Experience integrating Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), VoIP, or digital messaging platforms into Salesforce is nice to have
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or JavaScript Developer I certifications are nice to have
  • Experience designing asynchronous queue pipelines, rate-limiting algorithms, and bulkified triggers is nice to have
  • Minimum 6-hour overlap with US Central Time (CT) business hours during a standard 8-hour workday
  • English required for interviews, technical documentation, daily team syncs, and operational communications
