Business Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Elicit and gather detailed requirements from both business and technical stakeholders, proactively identifying gaps and clarifying ambiguity.
- Understand complex business processes and break them down into clear, actionable functional requirements and workflows.
- Facilitate core Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation with robust acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams to drive alignment on frontend/backend dependencies and implementation constraints.
- Support software and product development teams through the entire project lifecycle in fast-paced delivery environments.
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive process and product documentation, even when baseline documentation is limited.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong professional experience in requirements gathering and business analysis within fast-paced software development environments.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical workflows.
- Deep experience working within Agile frameworks, active backlog management, and sprint collaboration.
- Solid technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineers regarding backend/frontend constraints and data dependencies.
- High proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for daily documentation, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
