About the role
- Researching new customers, maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, and supporting all field sales activities
- Proactive telephone acquisition of new customers
- Preparing and processing quotations, follow-up offers, orders and order confirmations
- Collaborating with and supporting various internal departments as well as our subsidiaries
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification — motivated career changers welcome
- Initial experience in a call center, telesales or customer service is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office
- Very good German language skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone-based work
