About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and execute all audiovisual and technical setups for jury consulting research projects, including focus groups, mock trials, and other litigation consulting engagements
- Travel to project locations to install, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot audiovisual and presentation equipment throughout research events
- Partner with Jury Consulting and Trial Presentation teams to ensure seamless execution of all technical components before, during, and after each project
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, logistics, and technical requirements are met
- Maintain detailed project documentation, equipment records, and post-project reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in audiovisual presentation services, event technology, technical operations, or a related field
- Experience managing projects, coordinating logistics, and supporting client-facing events preferred
- Strong knowledge of audiovisual presentation technology, including equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
