About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and execute all audiovisual and technical setups for jury consulting research projects, including focus groups, mock trials, and other litigation consulting engagements
Travel to project locations to install, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot audiovisual and presentation equipment throughout research events
Partner with Jury Consulting and Trial Presentation teams to ensure seamless execution of all technical components before, during, and after each project
Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, logistics, and technical requirements are met
Maintain detailed project documentation, equipment records, and post-project reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of three years of experience in audiovisual presentation services, event technology, technical operations, or a related field
Experience managing projects, coordinating logistics, and supporting client-facing events preferred
Strong knowledge of audiovisual presentation technology, including equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
