About the role
- Drive revenue growth through Azerion’s programmatic media solutions
- Own and exceed individual revenue targets by building, managing, and closing a pipeline of enterprise-level agency and brand partners
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with senior decision-makers at agencies and brands
- Lead high-value negotiations and present Azerion’s Infinity Platform
- Identify and capitalize on emerging verticals, market opportunities, and industry trends
- Represent Azerion at key industry events
- Partner with trading specialists, client services, and research teams to deliver best-in-class campaign performance
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in digital advertising or ad tech sales
- Strong relationships with senior decision-makers across agencies and brands (both holding companies and independents)
- Deep understanding of premium data solutions, custom creative formats, curated PMPs, and cookieless targeting strategies leveraging audience segmentation and behavioral intelligence technologies.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close six- and seven-figure deals
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and independent
- Strategic and consultative mindset
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel periodically to engage clients,
- Willingness to cultivate client relationships beyond standard business hours.
