About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze funnel performance, surface insights, and act on them without waiting to be asked.
- Automate marketing loops in advertising and outbound using Claude Code.
- Build AI-powered workflows that replace manual work: copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, reporting.
- Generate pipeline from targeted account lists (ABM approach) — from signal to sequence, fast.
- Experiment with new growth channels; kill what doesn't work, scale what does.
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, etc.) to enrich and qualify leads before they hit sales.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You use AI tools every day — not to experiment, but to actually do the job: write copy, build workflows, research, analyze.
- You are startup-minded, self-driven professional delivering high-velocity results with the agility to pivot as fast-paced business needs evolve.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing data analytics — comfortable with attribution models, funnel metrics, building dashboards independently, extracting insights from huge amount of unstructured data.
- Experience in growth marketing (run paid campaigns themselves) / SEO / Outbound (at least 1 of 3).
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Nice to have B2B SaaS experience.
- You've launched and optimized paid campaigns yourself (not just managed agencies).
- Prior team or project management experience.
- Hands-on with Clay, n8n, Make, Apollo, or similar automation/enrichment tools.
- Experience with programmatic / ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
- Basic scripting (Python, SQL) — enough to pull data or automate a task.
- Familiarity with the MarTech/analytics space.
