- Lead and mentor a team of content/community managers
- Build and execute high-impact campaigns across social and in-app
- Drive growth loops, UGC, and community-driven engagement
- Analyse KPIs and share insights with leadership
- Collaborate with product, partnerships, and sales teams
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in social/digital/growth marketing (sports, entertainment, or consumer apps)
- Experience managing small teams and delivering campaigns at pace
- Strong understanding of Gen Z fan culture and social trends
- Startup mindset: proactive, creative, fast-moving
- A genuine passion for football
- Nice to have: Experience in fan engagement apps or consumer mobile products
- Nice to have: Familiarity with paid ads or influencer marketing
- Nice to have: Fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
