  • Experience managing small teams and delivering campaigns at pace
  • Strong understanding of Gen Z fan culture and social trends
  • Startup mindset: proactive, creative, fast-moving
  • A genuine passion for football
  • Nice to have: Experience in fan engagement apps or consumer mobile products
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with paid ads or influencer marketing
  • Nice to have: Fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
