Provide data-driven talent insights on availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions
Ensure operational excellence in hiring by maintaining processes, tools, and reporting for transparency and efficiency across multiple ventures
Lead and manage complex hiring programmes across multiple ventures simultaneously with minimal direction
Requirements
Extensive experience hiring across senior, specialist, and leadership-level roles in high-growth or early-stage businesses
Background in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), venture services, or multi-brand recruitment environments; comfortable with context switching and supporting multiple brands
Strategic partnering skills; acts as a trusted advisor to venture leaders and execs
Autonomy and ownership; comfortable leading complex hiring programmes across multiple ventures with minimal direction
Stakeholder influence; skilled at managing senior-level stakeholders and setting hiring priorities across competing needs
Talent insights expertise; able to interpret data, provide market intelligence, and deliver actionable recommendations
Operational and process design experience; capable of designing scalable recruitment processes and bespoke talent services
Mentorship experience; supports development of other Talent Partners
