Junior Sales Executive – Property Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the entire sales process from lead qualification to successful deal closure
- Identify and prospect new potential clients through various channels (e.g., outbound, networking, events)
- Conduct discovery conversations to analyze customer needs and requirements
- Present our solution through product demos and tailored customer presentations
- Independently negotiate contracts and close deals
- Identify objections and develop appropriate solutions throughout the sales process
- Work closely with SDRs, Customer Success, and Product to refine and evolve the sales strategy
- Continuously track and report relevant KPIs and maintain CRM data
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with internal teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or software-adjacent environment
- Experience independently managing sales processes through to closing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Structured working approach, clear prioritization, and strong results orientation
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions
- Confident handling of negotiation situations and decision-making processes
- Excellent German (native-level) and very good English
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and modern collaboration tools
