About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Re-engage warm leads who have shown interest but did not complete the process
  • Follow up by phone with webinar leads and other inactive contacts
  • Identify and approach new potential customers through targeted cold outreach
  • Qualify customer needs and assess sales relevance
  • Handover qualified leads to our Sales Executives
  • Provide customer feedback to the team to optimize processes and communication

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enjoy communicating — especially by phone
  • Some experience in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach
  • Confident manner and clear, structured communication style
  • Highly self-motivated and enjoy re-engaging and reactivating leads
  • Excellent German skills (C1/C2), good English for internal collaboration
