Sales Executive
Impower GmbHSales Executive driving the entire sales process in the SaaS real estate management sector. Collaborating with teams to understand client needs and achieve successful sales outcomes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the entire sales process from lead qualification to successful deal closure
- Identify and engage new prospective customers across various channels (e.g., outbound, networking, events)
- Conduct discovery conversations to analyze customer needs and requirements
- Present our solution through product demos and tailored customer presentations
- Independently negotiate contracts and close deals
- Identify objections and develop appropriate solutions during the sales process
- Collaborate closely with SDR, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine the sales strategy
- Continuously track and report relevant KPIs and maintain CRM data
- Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with internal teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or software-related environment
- Proven experience managing sales processes independently through to close
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Structured approach to work, clear prioritization, and strong results orientation
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions
- Confident in negotiation situations and decision-making processes
- Excellent German (native) and very good English
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and modern collaboration tools
