You identify our customers' requirements through direct interaction with them
You discuss new customer issues with the product team and develop the best solution for the product
You define epics and user stories and actively solicit feedback from internal and external stakeholders on implementation
You are responsible for implementing the features you define and work closely with the development team
You test functionalities before go-live to ensure product quality
You take ownership of the roadmap and align priorities together with the product team and management
You keep stakeholders informed about progress and changes and actively collect feedback
You generate your own ideas and concepts for product development by keeping a close eye on the market and customer needs
As our Product Owner you are the driving force and will take our product to the next level
Building on an already proven MVP, you define new features, workflows and functionalities in close collaboration with the COO, Design and Development teams as well as colleagues from Sales and our customers
By thinking user-centrically, maintaining regular contact with customers and experts, and applying a hands-on mentality, you ensure our customers' satisfaction
You enjoy developing solution concepts and are happy to take responsibility for the roadmap.
Requirements
You speak fluent German (C2 level) and are comfortable communicating with our users
English skills (C1 level or better) for communication with our team are a given for you
You have already gained between approx. 1.5 and 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
You are passionate about developing outstanding digital products
You can bridge the communication gap between business and tech
You develop products with a user-centered approach
You are quality-oriented to ensure customer success
You are highly communicative and can work professionally and effectively with different personalities and teams both internally and externally
You have the ability and interest to understand and question complex workflows in order to translate them into simple product workflows and functionalities (with support from your UX/UI colleague)
Ideally, you already have experience in B2B / cloud-based product development
