About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the research, development and validation of state-of-the-art Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, Temporal CNNs) for various time-series data from Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device (CIED) signals.
Build and optimize Self-Supervised Learning pipelines to leverage our database of +100,000 patients.
Explore the SNDS data via the Health Data Hub, unlocking new research opportunities at scale.
Ensure the reproducibility, scientific correctness and transparency of each experiment, and medical relevance of our AI projects for both patients and caregivers.
Contribute to scientific publications in collaboration with our Clinical team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: A Master's degree, Engineering degree, or PhD in a relevant field such as Data Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline
5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science
An extensive knowledge of Machine Learning / Statistics, Deep Learning frameworks, Python and SQL
Proficiency in French and English
Ability to work autonomously, proactively develop new skills, and share knowledge within the team
A team player mindset, with a genuine desire to contribute to the success of your colleagues
