Define, build, and continuously improve the internal tools and AI-powered workflows that make Implicity teams exceptionally productive.
Own the Back Office Revamp: Lead the end-to-end redesign of Implicity’s internal operations platform.
Drive the Agentic AI Roadmap: Define and ship AI-powered internal tools.
Scale Automation Workflows: Own the N8N automation platform strategy.
Champion Employee Augmentation: Be the internal evangelist and product owner for AI augmentation tools.
Act as the Internal Product Partner for Every Team: Run discovery across all departments to surface inefficiencies and tooling gaps.

Requirements

5-8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on internal tools, developer experience, or operational platforms.
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
Deep understanding of APIs, data flows, AI/LLM capabilities, and modern dev workflows.
Experience with internal web applications (Angular / TypeScript), REST APIs, PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with SaaS B2B internal tooling is a strong plus.
