Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end project management across multiple DocUpdate initiatives, ensuring projects remain on schedule and key stakeholders stay aligned.
Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing competing priorities while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting for cross-functional initiatives.
Drive projects from planning through execution with minimal oversight while ensuring accountability across teams.
Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, Concierge, and other internal stakeholders to successfully deliver complex initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of coordination across departments, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities and project timelines.
Build strong working relationships across the organization and communicate project status clearly to leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
PMP Certification (required).
3+ years of corporate project management experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to independently lead projects with minimal oversight while driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Experience managing projects involving Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, or similarly cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
Experience using modern project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar.
