Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design and execution of recruiting processes to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency
- Assist with sourcing efforts including talent mapping, outreach, and pipeline development
- Help build and maintain recruiting resources including interview guides, scorecards, and hiring manager materials
- Partner with the TA team to operationalize and organize candidate tracking within the ATS
- Support coordination of interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Assist in building and maintaining a centralized knowledge base for recruiting processes and best practices
- Partner with People and Hiring Managers to collect and document Standard Operating Procedures and hiring workflows
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives including job postings, social content, and candidate communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Operations, or HR. This is a great opportunity for a college senior, recent graduate, or someone looking to make a career shift!
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience or interest in using tools such as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, or CRM systems
- Curiosity around candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment
Benefits
Comp & perks- This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $25, with interns working up to 40 hours per week.
