💰 $80,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets across organic social, digital campaigns, video assets, presentations, one-sheeters, and other core marketing materials.
  • Create on-brand visuals optimized for key channels, including social media, email, and digital marketing touchpoints.
  • Build and edit clear, well-structured layouts for decks, one-sheeters, and supporting documents with strong attention to typography and hierarchy.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand expression and elevate our visual standards across all touchpoints.
  • Partner cross-departmentally to implement feedback, refine designs, and deliver assets efficiently and on time.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of graphic design experience, agency experience is a plus
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides. Figma proficiency is preferred but not required
  • A standout portfolio that demonstrates versatility and creativity
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or interactive design is a plus
