Develop and manage a comprehensive annual event calendar, including industry conferences, society meetings, and client engagement opportunities.
Partner with marketing leadership to align event engagement (i.e. speaking, sponsoring, networking, etc.) with broader brand and demand-generation goals.
Identify and recommend new event opportunities that strengthen Impiricus’ presence in the healthcare and technology ecosystems.
Oversee end-to-end planning, including budgeting, operations/logistics, vendor management, hotel/registration coordination, and booth/sponsorship deliverables.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop event content, marketing collateral, and messaging that align with Impiricus’ value proposition.
Lead pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs to ensure goals are met and insights are captured for continuous improvement.
Manage on-site presence — ensuring everything runs smoothly and reflects the Impiricus standard of excellence.
Work closely with Sales and Client Partnerships to ensure events support lead generation, relationship building, and revenue growth.
Partner with the Communications and Design teams to promote events through digital campaigns and social media engagement.
Support internal events that strengthen company culture and celebrate team success (e.g., offsites, retreats, and team-building activities).
Track and report on event ROI, including lead generation, engagement metrics, and qualitative feedback.
Maintain documentation, timelines, and processes for scalable event management practices.
Communicate roadblocks and program updates in a timely and effective fashion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or corporate event management — ideally within tech, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
