About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting
Coordinate and consolidate monthly financial statements
Own and maintain the company-wide Accounting Policy Manual
Lead the annual external audit
Serve as the primary administrator for Workday Adaptive
Own administration and optimization of SAP Concur
Develop and maintain a robust process for tracking EBITDA adjustments
Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Active CPA required
7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Proven experience leading or supporting system implementations
Strong experience with Workday Adaptive
Advanced Excel skills
Experience working across multiple entities, geographies, or business units
Ability to travel 50% with a reduction to 25% post project
