Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a Product Manager for a mobile app or high-scale consumer product.
  • Proven success managing mature products where improvements come from optimization rather than brand-new features.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set direction and drive clarity.
  • Experience working closely with engineers; able to use AI tools to prototype or validate ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data for decision-making.
  • Experience running experiments (A/B tests), optimizing funnels, and iterating on UX.
  • Excellent communicator with cross-functional leadership experience.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and independence.
