• Lead a multidisciplinary creative team across experiential events, trade shows, congresses, and exhibitions.
• Own the creative vision across multiple client accounts, ensuring work is on strategy, on time, and on budget.
• Direct innovative and award-winning campaigns that deliver measurable impact and align with Impact XM’s business goals.
• Collaborate with Client Services, internal teams, and clients to bring cohesive creative concepts to life across all touchpoints.
• Craft and deliver compelling pitches that tell stories and inspire action.
• Mentor and develop creative talent, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and fearless innovation.
• Oversee creative execution in 3D design, graphic design, UX/UI, copywriting, fabrication, and event production.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on creative direction and experience design.
