Requirements

What you’ll need

Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
One year experience as a licensed Physical Therapist preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
Physical Therapists with Pelvic Health experience are welcome to apply (50/50 split between Pelvic Health and Ortho)
