Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone etiquette and professional email correspondence.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
Professional, positive, and coachable attitude
Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required
