Talent & Partnership Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively source, headhunt, and recruit candidates for open positions across our client portfolio
- Build and manage an active candidate pipeline using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, qualification, and screening
- Identify and pursue businesses that could benefit from IPT's consulting and recruiting services
- Leverage our existing talent pool to open doors with prospective clients
- Execute outbound business development through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, warm introductions, and referral networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and business partners
- Collaborate with leadership on targeting strategy, messaging, and pipeline development
- Represent Impact Performance Team professionally in all client and candidate-facing interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or headhunting
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage a full pipeline without heavy oversight
- Professional presence with strong relationship-building capability
- Business development or sales experience is a strong plus
- Industry experience in insurance, financial services, or professional services is preferred but not required
- Must be located or able to commute to Charleston, SC when needed
Benefits
Comp & perks- Salary: $50,000 base + Uncapped Commission
- Total Expected Compensation in Year 1: $90k-$120k
