About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consistently perform service and sales administration tasks in a high volume, face paced environment.
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform accurate data entry, quote and process policy changes, issue certificates of insurance as well as prepare new business and renewal quotes and applications.
Utilize analysis skills helping the producing agent to assess client requirements and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
Respond timely to underwriting requests from insurance companies.
Agent and customer assistance with claims filing and processing.
Agent and customer assistance with billing and payment processes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years experience in the insurance industry, preferably as a Personal Lines Account Manager
Active Texas Property and Casualty License required.
Experience with e-signature platforms such as DocuSign.
Experience with Insurance related Client Management Systems.
Experience with Acord Forms and Supplemental Questionnaires.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Familiarity with sales processes and customer service best practices.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on client needs.
