Key responsibilities & impact

lead the end-to-end journey of building, launching, and scaling customer Community Health Worker (CHW) programs
serve as the primary architect and account owner, translating complex visions into high-impact operational realities
lead meetings with senior executives, building trust quickly, adapting in real-time, and communicating clearly and with purpose to drive difficult decisions
translate customer vision into clear program designs including workflows, roles, metrics, and benchmarks
lead a matrixed team across workforce development, tech, and product to deliver CHW infrastructure that meets customer needs
use data and quantitative fluency to assess performance, regularly validating quality beneath the surface to identify root causes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate Degree in Health Policy, Healthcare Management, Population Health or Healthcare Administration
7+ years in healthcare operations, practice management, or healthcare consulting, ideally including virtual care or telehealth
Deep expertise in Medicare/Medicaid financing, value-based care, and revenue cycle best practices
Proven ability to design clinical workflows and staffing models from scratch
Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills
Ability to travel 8-10 times per year for team retreats and customer onsite visits
