About the role
- lead the end-to-end journey of building, launching, and scaling customer Community Health Worker (CHW) programs
- serve as the primary architect and account owner, translating complex visions into high-impact operational realities
- lead meetings with senior executives, building trust quickly, adapting in real-time, and communicating clearly and with purpose to drive difficult decisions
- translate customer vision into clear program designs including workflows, roles, metrics, and benchmarks
- lead a matrixed team across workforce development, tech, and product to deliver CHW infrastructure that meets customer needs
- use data and quantitative fluency to assess performance, regularly validating quality beneath the surface to identify root causes
Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Health Policy, Healthcare Management, Population Health or Healthcare Administration
- 7+ years in healthcare operations, practice management, or healthcare consulting, ideally including virtual care or telehealth
- Deep expertise in Medicare/Medicaid financing, value-based care, and revenue cycle best practices
- Proven ability to design clinical workflows and staffing models from scratch
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Ability to travel 8-10 times per year for team retreats and customer onsite visits
