About the role
- Invoice Processing: Issuing and reviewing invoices for accuracy
- Payment Collection: Processing payments and following up on overdue payments
- Account Reconciliation: Assisting in reconciling customer accounts and tracking discrepancies
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining transaction records and generating payment reports
- Communication: Interacting with clients to resolve billing issues and ensure payments are received
- And other assigned tasks
Requirements
- Student (in the final year) or recent graduate in , or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to learn accounting software
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Lithuanian
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
