About the role
- Assist Managers in developing sales strategies
- Stay informed about new products and services
- Recruit, train, and coach the sales team
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them
- Prepare regular sales reports
- Perform other related tasks as needed
- Complete call notes and call reports and update them in the database
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services and other tasks
Requirements
- Proven sales experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Ability to recruit, train, and coach a sales team
- Remote work capability in Manila, Philippines
