About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Call Control & Resolution: Lead customer interactions efficiently while maintaining a professional, empathetic tone.

- Sales & Upselling: Analyze customer needs to recommend relevant products and services, meeting team growth targets.
- Documentation: Document customer records to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience: Proven track record in sales, retention, or a metrics-driven customer service environment.
- Communication: Native-level English (written and verbal) with a strong professional phone presence.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and navigate diverse customer personalities in a fast-paced setting.
- Industry Plus: Previous experience in the Medical or Healthcare sectors is highly preferred.
- Availability to work weekends.
