About the role
- Oversee all accounting operations across two entities: e-commerce and manufacturing.
- Design and implement robust processes for AR, AP, payment management.
- Develop accounting policies in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing.
- Evaluate, propose, and implement accounting systems.
- Lead, train, and support the accounting team.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and management.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 8+ years of accounting leadership experience.
- Proven experience with IFRS or U.S. GAAP accounting standards.
- Strong knowledge of accounting operations.
- Experience creating and implementing accounting policies.
- Proficiency in ERP or accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
