About the role
- Monitor and manage AR orders.
- Process or reject AR orders.
- Review of the fraudulent order.
- Follow up with clients regarding their orders via phone or email.
- Provide and clarify information regarding our products via telephone calls.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products.
- Other related tasks.
Requirements
- High attention to detail.
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and fraud review is an advantage.
- Previous experience in Customer Support.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
