About the role
- Lead and oversee retail programs for a dietary supplement portfolio in the US market
- Manage end-to-end program execution — from planning and supplier coordination to launch and performance tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and third-party suppliers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives
- Monitor retail program performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for expanding retail partnerships and optimizing program efficiency
- Ensure all retail activities comply with quality standards and US regulations
- Act as the main point of contact between retail partners and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Higher education
- Proven experience in retail program management, account management, or partnership management
- Strong understanding of retail operations in the US market
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Time management skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
