About the role

  • Lead and oversee retail programs for a dietary supplement portfolio in the US market.
  • Manage end-to-end program execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor retail program performance.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding retail partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and US regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact between retail partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Higher education.
  • Proven experience in retail program management, account management, or partnership management, preferably in consumer goods, supplements, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations in the US market.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Time management skills.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
