About the role
- Lead and oversee retail programs for a dietary supplement portfolio in the US market.
- Manage end-to-end program execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor retail program performance.
- Identify opportunities for expanding retail partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and US regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact between retail partners and internal stakeholders.
- Take on additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Proven experience in retail program management, account management, or partnership management, preferably in consumer goods, supplements, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of retail operations in the US market.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Time management skills.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
