About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date case files and documentation
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and answer case-related questions
- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to support claims processing
- Monitor case progress and assist attorneys in preparation for negotiations and/or trials
- Advocate for client needs and help ensure access to appropriate medical care and resources
- Maintain organized case records and ensure all documentation is properly filed
- Stay informed on updates and trends in personal injury law and related procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. law firm experience required (Personal Injury preferred)
- C2 English level (fluent/conversational) required
- Filevine experience
- Immediate availability required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
