About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead projects from inception to delivery
Manage medium to large-scale projects with medium to high complexity
Develop new business within the project and assist with developing proposals, RFPs, etc.
Direct multiple implementations and cross-functional teams
Travel as necessary to client sites to perform required tasks
Interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in Oracle Program Management roles, majority on cloud (OCI) projects
Healthcare implementation leadership experience is required
6+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation projects with medium to high complexity
Demonstrated ability to lead, build consensus, and foster accountability of cross-functional client, vendor, and project teams
Experience with and understanding of Oracle Fusion integration processes and best practices
Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in at least one Oracle Fusion module
