About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of UKG software implementation projects for healthcare clients
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client goals
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion
  • Lead the implementation of UKG solutions, including HCM and payroll systems
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing client systems
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the implementation process
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, IT, and client staff
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles that arise
  • Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are in place to validate system functionality
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives, consultants, and vendors
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management
  • Gather feedback and incorporate stakeholder input into project planning and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing a minimum of two full lifecycle UKG implementations
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare industry projects
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organization, time management, and both written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Passion for delivering exemplary customer service
  • PMP Certification a plus
