About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients
Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/or optimization activities
Develop and execute unit and system test plans
Drive cross-team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring
Help troubleshoot issues and processes and aggressively drive toward resolutions
Identify and support Supply Chain projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention and integration
Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities for Impact Advisors’ ERP Practice and other service lines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of ERP Finance implementation experience required
Minimum of two full life cycle implementations with Oracle Fusion Finance
Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Oracle Fusion Finance
Demonstrated leadership abilities for project teams and client management
Experience with and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality
Healthcare experience required; patient accounting knowledge preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient with office productivity software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirable
Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one settings and group presentations
Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
Team player and ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environment.
