About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients
  • Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/or optimization activities
  • Develop and execute unit and system test plans
  • Drive cross-team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring
  • Help troubleshoot issues and processes and aggressively drive toward resolutions
  • Identify and support Supply Chain projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention and integration
  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities for Impact Advisors’ ERP Practice and other service lines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of ERP Finance implementation experience required
  • Minimum of two full life cycle implementations with Oracle Fusion Finance
  • Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Oracle Fusion Finance
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities for project teams and client management
  • Experience with and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality
  • Healthcare experience required; patient accounting knowledge preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with office productivity software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirable
  • Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one settings and group presentations
  • Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player and ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environment.
