About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients
- Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/or optimization activities
- Develop and execute unit and system test plans
- Drive cross-team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring
- Help troubleshoot issues and processes and aggressively drive toward resolutions
- Identify and support Supply Chain projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention and integration
- Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities for Impact Advisors’ ERP Practice and other service lines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of ERP Finance implementation experience required
- Minimum of two full life cycle implementations with Oracle Fusion Finance
- Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Oracle Fusion Finance
- Demonstrated leadership abilities for project teams and client management
- Experience with and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality
- Healthcare experience required; patient accounting knowledge preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with office productivity software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirable
- Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one settings and group presentations
- Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environment.
